Hi everyone,
I’ve been struggling with blood sugar spikes after meals,... and I am looking for some advice. I try to eat balanced meals with protein, fiber,,,,, and healthy fats... but my levels still tend to shoot up, especially after lunch.
I am curious if anyone here has found effective strategies to prevent or minimize these spikes. Are there specific foods, portion sizes:, or timing tricks that have worked for you: ?? Also, how do you incorporate exercise into your routine to help with this: ??
I am open to any tips or personal experiences that might help me better manage my blood sugar levels.

Gestartet mit mehr als HbA1c 15,5 in 01.1991, ärztlich eingestellt Basal-Bolus ab 1998 mit Hba1c um 7 und um 140 IE/Tag Insulin. Gegen vielfachen ärztlichen Rat seit 2002 mit wenigen Ausnahmen 7/24 zwischen 60 und 140 mg/dl und HbA1c um 5 mit aktuell um 20 IE/Tag Insulin. - Das Reframing vom Typ 2 ist mein Hobby und mein T2D mein bester Gesundheits-Coach :)1 Benutzer dankte für diesen Nützlichen Beitrag. -

You could take a walk after meals...
You could eat Vegetables first, the other components later.
Do you eat the healthy plate ( witch a half of vegetables)...?
