Obwohl ich mit meine Pumpe bis jetzt keine Probleme hatte beim Security und die elektronische Scanner.

Ich fliege ca 6 x in Monat, sowohl in Europa und nach andere Weltteile, kommen jetzt starkere scanner im einsatzt.

In USA wird deshalb is folgende Empfehlung ausgegeben worden von den Diabetiker Bund aber was noch wichtiger ist von den Sicherheits behoerde.

As different airports have different screening technology, the American Diabetes Association and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) now advise air travelers who wear a pump to request a visual inspection rather than going through the metal detector or being hand-wanded. However, the Animas pump is deemed safe to be worn through the metal detector and can be hand-wanded. Also remember that all insulin pumps and supplies must be accompanied by insulin with a label clearly identifying the medication.
